Order

• Orders are to be placed 2 working days in advance. Working hours are between 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday except for public holidays

Steps to order:

• - Delivery from 7.30am - 9.00am, Select the Early Delivery Charges to cart. Early Delivery Charges is $25.00. 
• - Delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port, Select the Restricted Area Delivery to cart
• - Choose your products and add them to cart
• - Validate the contents of the cart
• - Provide information regarding the client personal details
• - Indicate pick up dates and time
• - Proceed to checkout
• - Indicate remarks (optional) and Payment details
• - Accept the Terms & Conditions
• - Confirm the order

Delivery

• We deliver Monday - Saturday from 10am – 6.00pm
• No delivery on Sunday or Public Holiday
• Minimum of $100 per transaction
• Delivery Fee $25 per transaction, per location
• Surcharge(s): $15 location fee will apply for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard and Jurong Port
• Please allow an additional grace period of 30 minutes after your preferred delivery time slot, due unforeseen weather and traffic conditions
• All Best Foods Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies

Payment and Price

• Payment mode via credit card strips
• Prices are inclusive of 8% GST
• All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability based on first-come-first-served basis

Cancellation of order

• No cancellation or changes are allowed for confirmed orders once full order amount has been billed

Unavailability Of Products

· All Best Foods reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, we will contact you to do exchange of menu
